A Tour of the Dashboard | Split Test Pro

The Split Test Pro app has four main sections — Dashboard, Testing Overview, Experiments and Settings — plus Help & Docs. This guide walks through each so you know where everything lives before you start running tests.

Dashboard

This is your home screen: your testing program at a glance.

Status box. Beside the page title, a status box tells you whether Split Test Pro can see your site — Site connected / Site not connected on an HTML site, Theme connected / Theme not connected on Shopify.
Stat cards. Counts of your Running, Draft and Scheduled experiments.
Build your next test with AI. A Create with AI button that starts a test with Splitty, the AI test builder. You see it when AI is available on your workspace; on an HTML site, only workspace owners see it.
Testing program. Your drafts waiting to go live, each with a Schedule button that takes you straight to picking its dates, and an Open program link to the Testing Overview.
Active experiments. A table of your running and paused tests with Experiment, Uplift so far, Chance to beat control and Status columns. Switch between All, Running and Paused to narrow it down.
Link cards. Shortcuts to the documentation, the changelog and Settings.

Testing Overview

The Testing Overview is where you plan a testing program rather than a single test: a roadmap of what to run next, built around your site and goals. It’s in beta. See Testing Overview for the details.

Experiments

The Experiments page lists every experiment in the workspace, whatever its status.

Stat cards across the top count All, Upcoming, Running, Drafts, Archived and Completed experiments. Click a card to filter the list to that status.
Find what you need with the search box, the Surfaces filter (when your workspace has surfaces), the Sort menu, and the status menu in the table’s header. Drag a row by its handle to put your tests in your own order.
Act on several at once. Tick rows to get a bulk bar with Set as draft, Archive, and a ⋯ menu with Duplicate and Delete.
Act on one. Each row’s menu offers Open Experiment, Rename, Duplicate, Archive (or Unarchive for an archived test) and Delete Experiment.

To start a new test, use the Create Test button. Clicking it starts the AI flow with Splitty; its menu offers Create Using AI or Create Manually, which opens the setup wizard: General → Targeting → Variants. If AI isn’t available on your workspace, Create Test is a plain button that goes straight to the wizard.

Opening a draft takes you back into the wizard. Every other experiment opens on its own page with four tabs: Results | Setup | Activity | Alerts.

The Experiments list with status cards, search, the Surfaces filter, sorting and a table of experiments — Every experiment lives here, including archived ones. The stat cards and filters keep the list manageable as you accumulate tests.

Settings

Settings is one page of cards. Each card has its own address in the app (shown in brackets), so you can link straight to it:

Billing (/settings#billing) — your plan and usage this month. Change plan opens the plan options; next to it is Stop subscription on Shopify or Manage subscription on an HTML site. See Billing and Plans.
Workspace (/settings#workspace) — your workspace’s timezone and the app’s appearance; on an HTML site, also the workspace name and site domain.
Integrations (/settings#integrations) — connect Google Analytics 4. See Google Analytics 4.
Site-wide tracking (/settings#tracking) — record anonymous page views and goal events across your whole site, not just pages with experiments.
Conversion goals (/settings#goals) — your default goal and the goals your experiments measure. See Conversion Goals.
Funnels (/settings#funnels) — group goals into ordered funnels that experiments report step by step.
Surfaces (/settings#surfaces) — name the areas of your site and the URL patterns that identify them.
Calculated metrics (/settings#metrics) — define your own ratio metrics, like goal value per session. See Calculated Metrics.
Brand profile (/settings#brand) — describe your brand so AI ideas and drafts match it.
Team (/settings#team) — invite people as an owner or member, and change someone’s role later with Manage. See Team and Invites.
Script & API (/settings#script) — HTML only. Your install snippet and API key. See Installing on an HTML Site.
Danger zone (/settings#danger) — HTML only. Delete the workspace.

Some cards are for workspace owners only; members see a short note in their place.

Settings with the card list on the left and the Billing and Script & API cards open — Settings is where you manage your workspace, your team, and how Split Test Pro connects to your site and other tools.

Help & Docs

Help & Docs gathers your ways to get help:

Documentation — opens this documentation.
Changelog — what’s new in Split Test Pro.
Email support — opens a short form (name, email, an optional subject and your message). Send it and we reply by email.

Workspaces and the Workspace Switcher

If you manage multiple sites or stores, you can have multiple workspaces under a single account.

On an HTML site, two menus sit at the bottom of the sidebar:

The workspace menu links to Workspace settings, Team members and Billing & plan, lists your other workspaces so you can switch between them, and ends with Create workspace.
The user menu offers Account settings, Help & docs and Log out.

On Shopify there is no sidebar: the app’s appearance setting sits in Settings → Workspace instead.

Every workspace has its own:

Experiments and results
Team members and roles
Conversion goals
Subscription / billing
Install snippet (HTML) or app installation (Shopify)
